Tasks and Responsibilities:

As a CT Tech, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing CT scans on patients as prescribed by physicians.
• Operating and maintaining CT scanning equipment.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the scanning process.
• Preparing and positioning patients for CT scans.
• Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs during scans.
• Assisting radiologists in image interpretation and patient diagnosis.
• Maintaining patient records and imaging equipment logs.
• Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree or diploma in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
• State licensure as a CT Technologist.
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Certification Requirements:

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT Technology.
• BLS
  
• NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy

State License Requirements:

• State licensure as a CT Technologist.
