Shift: 8hr Evening Shift (40)
Shift Information: 12-8pm
Clinical Interviewing- No
On Call, Call Back Requirements: Yes rotation, discussed in interview
Weekend Rotation: Every 4th weekend
Holiday Requirements: Per unit needs

Department Information:
- Average patients/day: 50-75 for department
- Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 required, 3 preferred

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
- ED, Inpatient, Outpatient, stroke, chest, procedural, trauma,
Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
- BLS
- RT (R)(CT)
- IEMA
Skills required: IV starts, stroke and chest pain work ups, trauma
Support within the Department:
- Hospitalist 24/7
- Intensivist 24/7
- Trauma team 24/7
Technology/Equipment:
- EMR: EPIC
- Department specific Equipment: Client CT scanners. Experience required
Floating: If yes, where: None
Orientation (facility and unit) :
- NE
- Precepted shifts: 1 week
Scheduling:
- Weekend rotation: every 4 th weekend
- On call: Yes 8-week rotation, discussed in interview

- RTO: Manager to approve
