Job Title: CT Tech
Job Location: Dayton, OH
Shift: 06:00 PM to 06:30 AM- Mon, Sat, Sun, 36 hrs/week
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Duties:

  • Independently performs computed tomography (CT) procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media.
  • Works under their scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture.
  • Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the CT scanner. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of duties in order to maintain equipment in good working condition.
  • May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs. May have on call responsibilities.

Education:
Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree - Type of degree: Allied Health
Area of study or major: Radiologic Technology

Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • CPR Certification required
  • ARRT RT (R) registry required
  • CT registry preferred
  • ODH licensure required

Other Requirements:

  • Traveler must be available to work every other holiday.
  • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract.
  • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
  • Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.

Knowledge/Skills:
