Step into a specialized imaging role as a CT Technologist, delivering high-quality diagnostic care over a 13-week contract. This position offers an opportunity to work with advanced Siemens Flash Dual Source and Perspective CT equipment in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Schedule:
- 4 shifts of 10 hours each week (7:00am-5:00pm)
- Either Monday or Friday off every week
Qualifications:
- Active ARRT (CT) certification
- Valid Oregon state licensure
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong IV skills-must be comfortable starting IVs independently
- Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision
- Previous experience operating Siemens CT machinery preferred
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of CT scans to assist physicians in patient diagnosis and treatment planning
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
- Start IVs efficiently for contrast-enhanced studies
- Accurately operate Siemens Flash Dual Source and Perspective CT scanners
- Complete exam documentation and image processing according to facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and other care team members to deliver seamless imaging services
- Maintain cleanliness and preparedness of imaging suites, following all infection control protocols
