High School graduate or equivalent. Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology program in an AMA approved school. Ability to meet the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and /or certification by the NJ State Board of Examiners.
Must have full knowledge of all aspects concerning radiation protection. Must have a minimum of 1 years' experience as a Radiologic Technologist. Must demonstrate competency in the performance of Computerized Tomography procedures. Must have a solid understanding of cross-sectional anatomy as it relates to CT imaging.

Ability to lift and carry or move heavy objects approximately 50 lb. Ability to stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours. Must have dexterity of hands and fingers to utilize tools, utensils, equipment, etc. Ability to kneel, bend or stoop to complete job responsibilities at very low or floor levels. Ability to visually perceive depth, distance, read material, and view documents with or without corrective lenses. Ability to hear inquiries from patients, physicians, clients and staff.
Ability to work in varying degrees of lighting for extended periods of time. May be exposed to dangerous toxins or waste materials. Ability to work with dangerous tools or equipment.
