We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our dynamic radiology department. In this vital role, you will operate advanced imaging equipment to produce high-quality scans essential for accurate diagnoses in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings. Your expertise will support a fast-paced environment within a hospital boasting over 540 beds and a team of more than 85 healthcare professionals. With a focus on patient safety and comfort, you'll perform CT procedures with precision while adhering to hospital protocols and standards.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
- ARRT (R) certification; ARRT (CT) preferred
- Valid radiology license in the state
- BLS certification
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Cerner) and PACS (Synapse)
- Ability to float to sister facilities as needed
- Flexibility to work shifts scheduled for 8 or 10 hours, including major holidays
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with neonatal, pediatric, and infant imaging
- Ability to adapt to different hospital units and patient needs
- Knowledge of emergency radiology protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Postsecondary radiologic technology education
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) with relevant experience in acute care settings
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to float between departments as necessary
- Availability to work scheduled shifts from 08:00 to 18:30
- Candidate must meet all applicable licensure and certification standards prior to employment
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $63.71, with guaranteed shifts of 10 hours, including weekends and major holidays.
