Why Vancouver? More of What Matters.

If you are looking for imaging roles in the Pacific Northwest, you've likely seen the ads for the high-volume Portland metro hospitals. At PeaceHealth Southwest, we offer a strategic alternative that prioritizes your bank account and your work-life balance.

  • The "Instant Raise": Washington state has no state income tax. Choosing a role in Vancouver means you keep a significantly larger portion of your $44.97-$66.97/hour base pay compared to neighboring states.
  • The Stress-Free Start: Forget the $20/day parking fees and the 40-minute search for a spot. Here, parking is free, onsite, and easy. You'll start your shift focused on patients, not a commute.
  • Stability & Recognition: Recently recognized by Becker's Hospital Review as one of the 165 Top Places to Work in Healthcare, PeaceHealth offers a mission-driven stability that larger, corporate-heavy systems often lack.
