Hourly Pay Range: $35.35 - $54.79

CT Technologist Position Highlights:

Position: CT Technologist
Location: Evanston Hospital
Full Time/Part Time: Resource/PRN
Hours: 2pm-10:30pm, rotating weekends
Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs. or Per Diem Level 2: 73-110 hrs. or Per Diem Level 3: 111-144 hrs./ per 6-week schedule
Required Travel: Yes
What you will need:
Education: Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited program Certification: CPR Certification required; Advanced CT Certification required, ARRT Registered required License: IEMA license
Experience: Previous CT Technologist experience - at least 5 years preferred
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
What you will do:
Perform CT exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures.
Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort.
Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner.
Review CTs to ensure optimum quality
