The CT Tech operates Cat Scan equipment to perform a variety of imaging procedures as indicated by protocol. Attends to direct and indirect patient care needs to ensure successful completion of their imaging procedures.
Performs a variety of diagnostic CT Scan procedures
Obtains all required documentation/supplies.
Assures correct patient information on requests, reports and PAC's.
Organizes work area and maintains supplies.
Education:
Graduate of Allied Health Program
Experience:
Six months experience in trauma, stroke, pediatrics and invasive procedures.
May include student clinical rotation completed at St. Mary's or like facility.
