Full-time position
40 hours guaranteed per week
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts
Long-term opportunity (36-month position)
$20,000 Sign-On Bonus with a two-year commitment
Requirements
Associate's Degree required
Minimum of 2 years of recent CT experience required
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Current ARRT (CT) certification required
Current BLS certification required
Strong knowledge of CT operations, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
Ideal Candidate
Experienced CT Technologist with supervisory or leadership experience
Strong clinical background in acute care CT imaging
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to mentor staff, coordinate daily workflow, and promote quality patient care
Committed to operational excellence, patient safety, and continuous improvement
Collaborative professional who works effectively with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams

Computed Tomography (CT) Department
Supervises daily operations of a busy CT department
Assists with staff scheduling, workflow coordination, quality improvement, and departmental performance
Supports patient safety initiatives and ensures compliance with departmental and regulatory standards
Works closely with leadership and clinical staff to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services
