The Staff Pad has partnered with Modoc Medical Center, a rural critical access hospital in northeastern California, to hire a CT Technologist.
This role is ideal for a skilled imaging professional who is passionate about patient care, safety, and high-quality diagnostics. You’ll work closely with patients and a collaborative healthcare team in a supportive, community-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform CT imaging procedures following established safety protocols
- Ensure patient safety by minimizing risks such as radiation exposure and other hazards
- Prepare and educate patients prior to imaging procedures
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate quality assurance records in compliance with regulations
- Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams regarding patient needs
What We’re Looking For
- Valid CT Technologist certification and applicable state licensure
- Strong understanding of radiation safety and patient care protocols
- Ability to assess patient needs and communicate effectively with providers
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality care
