A CT Technologist is needed in Aventura, FL at a 467-bed, Level II Trauma Center that is also certified as a Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center by the Joint Commission, accredited by the American College of Radiology as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, and holds an accredited Comprehensive Community Cancer Program through the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer.

The role. The CT Technologist performs a variety of CT scan imaging procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings, operating CT equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images used to detect pathology and abnormalities across a patient population ranging from newborn to geriatric. Responsibilities include obtaining patient consent, preparing patients for procedures, and clearly explaining what each scan involves. The position requires at least one year of experience and demands both technical precision and strong patient communication throughout every encounter.

What we're looking for.

  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) REQUIRED
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician, or Registered Computerized Tomography Technician
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required

Schedule. Full-time, days/evenings with rotating weekends; 8-hour shifts only — 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Compensation. $30.34 - $42.47/hr
