We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our healthcare team in Baltimore, United States. As a CT Technologist, you will play a crucial role in performing routine and specialized CT imaging procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Conduct a wide range of CT imaging procedures with precision and efficiency Operate CT equipment and related software to produce high-quality diagnostic images Select appropriate technical factors for each patient to optimize image quality and minimize radiation exposure Administer contrast agents according to facility protocols and patient needs Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in electronic health systems Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Adhere to all safety regulations, including radiation safety protocols and infection control measures Participate in quality control procedures and equipment maintenance Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in workflow, patient experience, and image quality Assist in training and educating new staff members and students

Qualifications
Associate degree or Certificate in radiologic technology from a program accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education (USDE) or Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) Minimum of one year experience in CT imaging Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in Radiography (R) Valid Maryland State Radiographer License CT Registry certification preferred Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures, protocols, and radiation safety principles Proficiency in operating CT equipment and related software Excellent patient care and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
