Shift: 12hr Day Shift - 36

Shift Information: 11am - 11:30pm (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)

Clinical Interviewing- No - Manager Interview

On Call, Call Back Requirements: Discussed during interview

Weekend Rotation: Discussed during interview

Holiday Requirements: Travelers will work 75% of holidays

• 457 licensed beds
• Trauma Level III
• Teaching Hospital
• Chest Pain Center
• Stroke Center of Excellence
• Bariatric Center of Excellence

Department Information:

• Average patients/day? Discussed during interview

Minimum Years of Experience required? 3 years

• Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:

• Areas served – ED, Inpatient units, Outpatient

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

• ARRT-CT
• BLS
• Photo ID (collected during compliance process as a standard)
• NC State Licensure is not required

Skills required: Discussed during interview

Support within the Department:

• Radiology Nursing
• Transport

Technology/Equipment:

• EMR: EPIC
• Department specific Equipment: Siemens, Client

Floating: none

Orientation (facility and unit):

• 3-5 days departmental depending on modality

Scheduling:

• Weekend rotation: discussed during interview
• On call? If so, what is that schedule? Discussed during interview
• Holiday Expectations: Travelers will work 75% of holidays
• RTO: Manager approval
• Shift times: Varies based on requisition
• Schedule cycle: every 4 weeks
