o Stroke Center of Excellence
o Bariatric Center of Excellence
Department Information:

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o Areas served ED, Inpatient units, Outpatient
Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:o ARRT-CT
