"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join a leading healthcare facility in New York. The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) examinations, ensuring patient safety, maintaining imaging quality standards, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and department protocols
Prepare and position patients for CT examinations
Administer contrast media as required and monitor patient response
Ensure high-quality diagnostic images are obtained
Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
Utilize EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, and modality-specific software
Follow radiation safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
High School Diploma or GED
Graduate of an accredited Radiography Program
Active New York State Radiography License
New York State Certification to Inject Contrast Media
ARRT Certification in Radiography
ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
Minimum one (1) year of Diagnostic Imaging experience
Proficiency with EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, and imaging software
Continuing education credits maintained per ARRT requirements
Recent CT Technologist experience
Acute care or hospital imaging experience
Strong patient care and communication skills
Experience in high-volume healthcare environments
