The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a respected non-profit healthcare system in beautiful Helena, MT and looking for CT Technologists who patient-centered care, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
As a CT Technologist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging while creating a safe, compassionate, and positive experience for every patient. You’ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and imaging staff to ensure accurate imaging, seamless workflow, and outstanding care.
Schedule Options:
- 1.0 FTE: Weekday Day Shift with every 4th weekend rotation
- 0.9 FTE: Friday–Sunday | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (Three 12-hour shifts)
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Verify patient information, assess contrast safety, and educate patients on procedures and potential risks
- Position and monitor patients to ensure comfort, safety, and optimal imaging quality
- Perform CT imaging procedures, administer contrast, start IVs, and operate equipment following ALARA and established protocols
- Ensure image quality, complete procedural time-outs, use sterile techniques as required and transfer studies to PACS
- Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and care teams while supporting efficient workflow and exceptional patient experiences
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, protocol development, accreditation activities, and equipment oversight
- Support team development through mentoring, collaboration, and compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- Minimum of 1 year of CT experience OR successful completion of a CT cross-training program
- Eligible for registration with ARRT in CT certification within 12 months of hire
- Current Montana Radiologic Technologist permit
- Current BLS certification
