Listen first. Explain each step in plain language. + Review orders. Confirm history. Choose the right protocol for the patient. + Start IVs and manage contrast safely. Monitor patients closely. + Perform CT scans with precision. Minimize repeats. + Apply ALARA every time. Confirm pregnancy status when indicated. + Collaborate with radiologists to tailor protocols and expedite critical reads. + Handle interventional CT procedures. Prepare equipment and supplies. + Perform daily QC checks. Keep images clean and consistent. + Document clearly in PACS/RIS. Communicate results pathways. + Escalate urgent findings. Support trauma team workflows. + Help keep the day moving-prioritize, reset rooms, and remove bottlenecks. + Coach newer team members.
