Large provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, is comprised of over 200 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training and expertise in all modalities and all subspecialty areas. Company manages and provides preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers and other medical facilities. Our physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures per year. Responsibilities Company is looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Full Time CT Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team. In this position, you will play a critical role in patient care and will float to our Central, NJ Imaging Offices, located in Warren, Bridgewater, & Edison.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care and Safety: Position patients, explain procedures, and shield them from unnecessary radiation.
Imaging Operations: Operate CT scanners, adjust equipment, and produce high-quality diagnostic images
Contrast Administration: Prepare and inject contrast dye, often intravenously, to enhance image visibility, and monitor for reactions.
Technical Setup: Perform scanner calibration and daily quality checks.
Documentation: Maintain patient records and review images with physicians for accuracy.
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm w/rotating Saturdays 7:45 am - 1:00 pm in Bridgewater
*this position qualifies for float differential pay
*May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols. Qualifications
ARRT(CT) certification required
Must have 2+ years of CT experience
