Schedule

  • Full-Time (40 hours per week)
  • Night Shift: 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Rotating weekends
  • Holiday coverage and on-call responsibilities as needed

What You'll Do

As a CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services by:

  • Performing CT examinations according to established radiologist protocols
  • Preparing, positioning, and educating patients to ensure optimal imaging results and patient comfort
  • Selecting appropriate anatomical and technical imaging parameters
  • Administering contrast media and medications within scope of practice and regulatory guidelines
  • Monitoring patients throughout procedures and communicating any abnormal findings or concerns
  • Collaborating with radiologists and imaging leadership to evaluate and improve imaging protocols
  • Maintaining strict adherence to radiation safety standards and best practices
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and exceptional patient care throughout the imaging process

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

CERTIFICATION/LICENCES REQUIRED:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required:

o Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. NMTCB(CT) Computed Tomography Specialty Certification ARRT(CT) Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography required in addition to CNMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification.

o Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

o Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy specialty also accepted.
