CT Technologist - Weekend Only Work - Night Shift - CT Scan Department

Job Summary

• Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Review images for clarity and completeness before submission to radiologists.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR system.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients and families.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule: 72 Hours Biweekly. Night 7p - 7am; Weekend Only Work, Friday - Sunday

Qualifications/Education/Training:

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Sciences preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in radiologic technology.
• CT-specific experience preferred.
• ARRT (R) certification required.
• ARRT (CT) certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Current BLS certification required. (American Heart Association)
• State licensure (if applicable).
• Proficiency in CT imaging techniques and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
