Job Summary and Responsibilities
- As our CT Technologist, you will help our Radiologists by utilizing your expertise to capture precise diagnostic images so they can accurately diagnose and/or rule out diverse medical conditions.
- Every day you will adeptly create detailed cross-sectional images of the skeleton, tissues, and internal organs. You will be expected to perform CT scans (Trauma/ER, Perfusions, Routine Body, Routine Neuro, Cardiac and Interventional Procedures) following current protocols and utilizing ALARA radiation safety practices; maintain competency with procedures like two patient identifier and hand hygiene; accurately handle patient identification, work-ups (perfusions & reconstructions on the 3-D workstation), and documentation in the PAC system, Radnet, and PACS.
- To be successful in this role, you must deeply understand the critical importance of diagnostic imaging, including a comprehensive knowledge of general imaging workflow, various patient positioning techniques, and the ability to consistently capture clear results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses that guide effective patient care.

- Completion of approved American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or equivalent approved Radiologic Technologist Program, upon hire and
- Registered Technologist Computed Tomography, upon hire or
- Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire and
- Medical Radiographer: AZ, upon hire and
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS), upon hire
- CT Radiology Tech: AZ, upon hire
Preferred
- Five years of CT experience
