Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent.
  • Certifications Requirements: BLS (AHA), Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT), Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) — all required.
  • Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of recent CT imaging experience in a clinical setting.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to start IVs, proficiency with EMR and PACS software (particularly EPIC Radiant and Synapse), team-oriented attitude, physical ability to stand for extended periods, excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide routine and contrast-enhanced CT imaging such as head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, CTA head and chest, and calcium scoring, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Operate and maintain GE, Phillips, and Siemens CT scanners, ensuring optimal functionality for daily imaging procedures.
  • Assist radiologists with in-house review and interpretation of imaging studies, including IV insertions when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures in EMR and PACS systems, specifically EPIC Radiant and Synapse PACS.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and effective communication throughout imaging procedures.
