Position Summary:
Provides high-quality CT imaging services for diagnostic and treatment purposes. Ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while exercising professional judgment and adhering to medical ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform vascular and non-vascular CT exams as ordered
Prepare, position, and educate patients for procedures
Operate CT and radiation-producing equipment safely
Archive and evaluate images using PACS
Apply radiation safety principles
Perform venipuncture and initiate BLS when needed
Assist physicians and support other clinics as needed
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
Illinois Radiologic Technologist License
ARRT Registered (CT preferred or in progress)
BLS Certification required
Strong communication and patient care skills
Compensation: Starting pay will be 32.00 , will commensurate with experience.
