Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join a high-acuity imaging team in Peoria, Illinois.
The CT Technologist performs diagnostic CT examinations and procedures under the direction of a radiologist while providing safe, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic imaging, administering ionizing radiation appropriately, and following ALARA guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT examinations and procedures
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation
- Operate CT imaging equipment safely and effectively
- Position patients appropriately based on examination requirements
- Administer ionizing radiation in accordance with ALARA guidelines
- Follow radiation safety and regulatory standards
- Provide patient-centered care throughout imaging procedures
- Monitor patients and communicate significant concerns to the appropriate care team
- Maintain accurate imaging and patient documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) radiology license in Radiography, Radiation Therapy, or Nuclear Medicine
- Current ARRT registration
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with solid computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate of a CT certification program
- CT certification
- Previous CT imaging experience
Compensation & Incentives
Pay Range: $33.85–$44.30 per hour
Night Shift Differential: $2.75 per hour
Weekend Differential: $2.50 per hour
