CT Technologist Opportunity

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for an exciting opportunity at a leading pediatric healthcare facility in Boston, Massachusetts. This position offers competitive pay, diverse imaging experience, and the opportunity to workwith a specialized pediatric patient population in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Position Details
  • Location: Boston, MA
  • Start Date: September 7, 2026
  • Contract Length: 13 Weeks
  • Schedule: Varied, Rotating, and Overnight Shifts
  • 36 Hours Per Week
  • Schedule may include:
    • 3x12-Hour Shifts
    • 4x10-Hour Shifts
  • Weekend availability required
  • Schedule determined based on department needs
Compensation
  • $75/Hour
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and emergency CT imaging procedures
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety
  • Review imaging orders and ensure appropriate exam selection
  • Verify patient identity using established protocols
  • Perform IV placement as needed
  • Assist with X-ray procedures when required
  • Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of Pediatric CT experience required
  • Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License required
  • ARRT (R) Certification required
  • ARRT (CT) Certification required
  • BLS Certification required
  • Experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and patient care standards

High School Diploma or equivalent

  • One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.
  • Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
  • A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
