Job Title: CT Technologist – Travel Assignment
Location: Gastonia / Belmont, NC
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift:
• Evening | 12-Hour Shifts
• Friday / Saturday / Sunday
• 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• Floating between Gastonia and Belmont locations as needed
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a travel assignment within CaroMont Imaging Services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in CT imaging, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
• Perform CT scans and related imaging procedures to produce high-quality cross-sectional images
• Apply professional judgment and technical expertise during imaging procedures
• Administer IV contrast and monitor patients during exams
• Perform diagnostic radiology duties as needed
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning
• Maintain accurate imaging documentation and patient records
• Deliver patient care using AIDET customer service standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams for quality outcomes
• Float between Gastonia and Belmont locations as required
Requirements:
• Active ARRT Certification with CT credential required
• R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) required
• Prior CT Technologist experience required
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT procedures required
• IV competency required
• Experience with Siemens Force Scanner and GE HD 750 Scanner preferred
