Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a CT/XRay Tech for our client in PO Box 1115, Arcata, CA 95518. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: CT/XRay Tech
Location: PO Box 1115, Arcata, CA 95518
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: M-F, five 8-hr. day

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Perform CT and X-Ray examinations according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Position patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Operate and maintain CT and radiographic imaging equipment safely and effectively.
  • Review images for quality and accuracy before submission to radiologists.
  • Monitor patient condition during procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies.
  • Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control policies.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care.

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
  • Current ARRT(R) American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Radiography)
  • Current ARRT(CT) Computed Tomography Certification
  • Active state Radiologic Technologist license (if required by state)
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Preferred Certifications:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

    Additional Accepted Imaging Certifications (as applicable):
  • ARRT(M), ARRT(MRI), ARRT(N), ARRT(RT)
  • ARDMS (AB, BR, NE, OB, RVT)
  • RDCS (AE, FE, PE)
  • NMTCB, CNMT, NMTC
  • RVT
