POSITION: Administrative Assistant

SALARY: $20.55 - $24.42 DOE

LOCATION: San Poil Treatment Center - Keller, WA

Summary

San Poil Treatment Center is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support for program operations. This position serves as a key point of contact for clients, visitors, staff, and community partners while helping ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the treatment center.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and electronic communications.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and program activities as assigned.
  • Maintain and organize administrative records, files, and correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
  • Support client intake and registration processes as directed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies.
  • Order, receive, and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with payroll, billing, purchasing, or other administrative functions as assigned.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Coordinate mail distribution and outgoing correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical, nursing, and program staff.
  • Assist with special projects and program events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One year of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar computer applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to use office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, and telephones.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with typing and data entry.
