The Job

We need a Commercial HVAC Technician who can handle a call start to finish — service, install, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment without someone standing over your shoulder. You bring the skills; we keep you stocked, equipped, and busy.

What You'll Do

• Service and install commercial HVAC equipment
• Run control wiring and handle start-up on new equipment
• Inspect and dial in new installations for reliable performance
• Recover, reclaim, and charge refrigerant to EPA standard
• Braze and solder copper piping; run PVC for condensate lines
• Keep your truck stocked and organized — your rig, your responsibility
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and actually fix them, not just flag them

What You Bring

• 5+ years servicing, repairing, and installing commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment, or equivalent training
• Current EPA certification and any required state permits/licenses — no exceptions
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical plans and wiring diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight, hot, cramped spaces
• Sharp attention to detail — you catch the problem before it becomes a callback
• Straight-shooter communication with customers and crew
