Are you an experienced plumbing professional with strong leadership skills? CT Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to join our Orlando team. In this role, you'll oversee and manage plumbing projects across the Orlando area, ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate brings extensive technical knowledge, proven leadership experience, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate all aspects of plumbing projects from start to finish.
- Lead a team of plumbers and apprentices, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Plan and schedule work so tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Locate leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water and plumbing systems.
- Inform clients of all estimated costs before work begins.
- Repair or replace components to resolve issues in water and plumbing systems.
- Install pipes and fixtures to ensure proper drainage.
- Ensure systems are in excellent working condition at the completion of each project.
- Consult with clients to identify and address concerns with their water and plumbing systems.
- Advise clients on proper care for their systems.
- Follow all applicable health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with local codes and standards.
Requirements: - 7–10 years of plumbing experience, with a focus on commercial projects.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Journeyman's license or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Strong physical fitness and hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Willingness to work beyond normal hours when needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to job sites throughout the Orlando area.
