Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and support Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) integrations for a global Life Sciences organization. This role is critical for an onshore customer account and requires an independent leader to drive the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of a comprehensive data strategy roadmap.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead Data Strategy, Data Transformation initiatives, and manage Data Lake Sprints.
  • Integration Support: Drive the integration of Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) with other core ecosystems.
  • Project Governance: Develop project plans, manage resource allocations, and meticulously maintain RAID logs.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Align Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, and Business Intelligence teams.
  • Requirements & Testing: Lead requirements refinement (current/future state analysis), own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, and partner with Validation teams to ensure compliance.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all project activities strictly adhere to Life Sciences regulatory frameworks and GxP standards.
  • Status Reporting: Facilitate stakeholder workshops and deliver weekly project health reports to leadership.

Qualifications

Prime Skills (Must-Have)

  • Project Management: 8+ years of experience leading projects, including 4+ years of building/maintaining project plans and managing RAID logs.
  • Data Integration: 3+ years of experience leading complex data integration programs (such as CTMS integrations).
  • Agile & Data Sprints: 2+ years of experience managing Data Lake Sprints; strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Life Sciences Domain: Proven experience working within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare organizations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Solid knowledge of GxP regulations, validation processes, and regulated environments.
  • Tool Proficiency: Mastery of project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
  • Stakeholder & Risk Management: Strong leadership skills to coordinate execution across cross-functional engineering teams, manage risks, and provide weekly status reporting to executive leadership.

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have):

  • Data Architecture Familiarity: Experience with Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Data Governance: Familiarity with Data Governance frameworks, tools, and data privacy standards relevant to Life Sciences.
  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project credentials.
  • Global Delivery: Experience managing and collaborating with globally distributed teams and third-party vendors.
