Job Description
This is a remote position for anyone not in the Charlotte area. Ideally someone local to Charlotte-would want onsite 1-2 days a week. If not, local, then someone on ET only. 250-300K base is the sweet spot, will get up to 350K for right person. Also 30% bonus on top of base. One other Executive search firm is working this job.
