The Supervisor is responsible for producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guest's needs in a timely manner while supervising the hourly cooks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Our Culinary Supervisor has basic skills in department training and is capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of a Sous Chef. Skills and knowledge to include:\n\n Basic cost control understanding\n Culinary leadership skills\n Proficiency in computer skills \n Monitoring and processing payroll costs and overtime\n Knowledge of ordering and working with the Purchasing team to fulfill needed requisitions \n Resourceful, able to make decisions thoughtfully and promptly\n \nThe hourly rate range for this position is $32.70/hour to $33.35/hour. The starting rate is $32.70/hour.
