Responsibilities
- Lead and support line execution during service
- Maintain consistency, quality, and plate presentation
- Assist with prep organization and station readiness
- Help train and support kitchen staff
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- Communicate effectively with culinary leadership and FOH staff
- Perform efficiently during high-volume service periods
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of timing, organization, and kitchen systems
- Ability to multitask and work clean under pressure
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for quality food and hospitality
