Culinary Purchasing Coordinator
Position Summary
The Culinary Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for procuring food, beverages, kitchen supplies, and related products for stadium food service operations. This role supports culinary, warehouse, concessions, and finance teams by ensuring inventory availability, cost control, quality standards, and timely delivery of products for game days, concerts, and special events.
Purchasing & Procurement
Source and purchase food, beverage, and operational supplies from approved vendors.
Create and manage purchase orders for culinary and concession operations.
Maintain vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and food safety regulations.
Inventory Management
Track inventory levels and maintain stock quantities.
Conduct inventories and cycle counts.
Forecast purchasing needs based on event demand.
Resolve inventory discrepancies.
Cost Control & Reporting
Monitor food and beverage costs.
Prepare purchasing and inventory reports.
Identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assist with invoice reconciliation.
Qualifications
2-4 years of purchasing or food & beverage experience.
Strong Excel, inventory systems, and analytical skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
