Culinary Services Associate- PT - Evenings - Part-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and caring Culinary Services Associate to join our team! In this role, you will help provide an exceptional dining experience for our residents by assisting with meal service, food preparation, dining room setup and cleanup, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with others, takes pride in providing excellent service, and wants to make a positive difference in the lives of older adults.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages according to established menus and resident dietary needs.
• Set up dining areas and meal trays to ensure an organized and enjoyable dining experience.
• Serve meals to residents with professionalism, kindness, and attention to individual needs and preferences.
• Clear tables, collect dishes, and assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup following meal service.
• Stock supplies and assist with maintaining organized food storage and service areas.
• Communicate resident concerns, requests, or changes in eating habits to the appropriate team member.
• Work collaboratively with Culinary Services team members and other departments to provide excellent resident care and service.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions, established procedures, and food safety guidelines.
