About the Role:
Culinary Clubhouse in Garden City, NY is looking for a passionate and energetic Culinary Teacher to inspire the next generation of home cooks and food enthusiasts! Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on culinary lessons for students of varying ages and skill levels
• Demonstrate proper cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen safety protocols
• Develop creative, seasonal, and age-appropriate recipes and curriculum
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen classroom environment
• Guide and supervise students throughout food preparation and cooking activities
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning atmosphere
• Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in culinary arts, food service, or professional cooking
• Prior teaching, instructing, or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and connect with children, teens, and/or adults
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
• Enthusiastic, patient, and creative personality with a passion for food education
