Key operated assets are in the Eagle Ford shale basin in South Texas, with over 2,000 wells producing a net 36k BOE per day.About the Job Job Title: Culture, Communications & Events PartnerDepartment: Human ResourcesSummary: The Culture, Communications & Events Partner shapes the employee experience through internal events, communications, community engagement initiatives, and culture‑focused programs. The role creates a workplace environment that is engaging, connected, and reflective of the company's values while strengthening the company's presence internally and externally.Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of employee and external-facing events, including the annual charity golf tournament, employee appreciation events, volunteer activities, holiday celebrations, and community initiatives.Develop and manage community partnerships and charitable engagement efforts aligned with company values and organizational priorities.Coordinate volunteer opportunities, donation drives, and employee participation initiatives across office and field locations.Support event branding, communications, promotional materials, storytelling, and post‑event follow‑up communications.Assist with rollout and coordination of employee wellness, engagement, and culture initiatives across the organization.Support the employee engagement and culture calendar, including recognition efforts, celebrations, and appreciation initiatives.Draft and coordinate internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, leadership updates, employee spotlights, and event communications.Maintain employee‑facing platforms and resources, including SharePoint and the Employee Resource Hub, ensuring information remains organized and current.Partner with HR leadership to support culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen employee connection.Coordinate workplace logistics connected to onboarding, events, engagement activities, and office initiatives.Support larger office and workplace projects, including event set‑up coordination, onboarding preparation, and cross‑functional initiatives.Support the coordination and execution of key HR programs such as onboarding, performance management cycles, and leadership development programs.Maintain HR resources, templates, trackers, and employee materials.Assist with preparing presentations, agendas, and materials for HR and leadership initiatives.Help manage timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up items for HR and cross‑functional projects.Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality/Event Management, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field.1+ years of experience in events, community engagement, communications, workplace/office operations, or project/program management.Success in planning and executing events or programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, or community partners.Experience drafting or coordinating internal communications, presentations, or executive‑facing materials.Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage logistics, timelines, and competing priorities.Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as IT, Finance, and Marketing.Prior exposure to HR‑adjacent work helpful but not required; ability to learn basic HR administrative processes.Travel & Additional Requirements Work performed at both field and office locations.Schedule: 9/80.Travel required to INEOS field locations.INEOS is a drug‑free workplace; offers subject to background check and drug screen.Relocation Preferential treatment granted to candidates residing in the Denver metropolitan area.Work Authorization INEOS USA Oil & Gas LLC is not currently sponsoring employment visas for this position.Compensation & Benefits Annual rate generally ranges between $70,000 and $100,000, with opportunity for a discretionary bonus up to 40% of eligible pay and participation in a Long‑Term Incentive Plan.
