CRTs will ensure machines are kept clean and in good working conditions and are responsible for cleaning any spills in the production area. CRTs monitor the operation of the machines checking fluids make adjustments and maintaining cleanliness so that the machines can continue running properly. CRT is also responsible for loading paper stock into the machine for the production of paper cups. CRT will communicate any quality problems with the Quality Dept and packers.WORK DEVICESTOOLS consist of the following Bristol brush latex gloves paper pen grease pen grease gun Oil machines standard tools utility knife wrenches plyers etc…This is a Fulltime Temp-to-hire opportunity.Schedule12am-8am subject to weekends and overtimeTraining-conducted on 1st shift 8am-4pm for 6 weeksThe ideal candidate will have 2 years recent experience manufacturingindustrial machine operator experience required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time with scheduled breaks Prior experience utilizing pallet jack - highly preferred Must be able to walk around machineequipment frequently surfaces are mostly concrete Must be able liftcarry weight approximately 35 lbs the average distance carried is approximately 5 feet- 10 feet Must be able to use a two-step stepstool and 6 feet - 10 feet ladders with rails and a platform at the top for standing in order to access the equipment for inspectionmaintenancerepair Must be able to bend forward momentarily up to 90 degrees when repairing or maintaining machines. Must be able to reach between waist and shoulder height which occurs on a frequent basis.
