Job Summary:
Manage the operations of an assigned group of Aquarium galleries and live exhibits, associated infrastructure, and resources. Directly supervise a team of Husbandry staff members and Husbandry volunteers. Provide staff training, scheduling, oversight of projects, development of protocols and procedures, staff development and reviews, and be responsible for staff safety. Oversee animal care to ensure the highest level of animal welfare and exhibit standards. Serve as a member of the Aquarium's Husbandry Operations Management Team and contribute to the collective management of a ~50=staff-member team and the entire onsite animal collection. Perform other duties as required. Core activities and required skills/knowledge sets may vary slightly based on assigned taxa, galleries, and exhibits.

Annual Compensation Range:
$96,300 - $123,000 USD annually. Starting rate will vary based on previous experience and relevant skills/knowledge set.
