Lingo Staffing is seeking Cure Oven Operators
We are currently seeking dependable and reliable candidates for a Cure Oven Operator position. This is a full-time opportunity with a four-day work week and opportunities for long-term growth Located in Taylor, Tx.
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay: $18.20/hour
Responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring cure ovens
• Loading and unloading materials
• Maintaining production schedules and quality requirements
• Qualifications
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
