Primary Skill Required for the Role: Instructional Design/Trainer

Role Summary: Leads curriculum co-development with certification-body partners — authoring and continuously refreshing certification curriculum (starting with generative AI and industry-specific tracks) alongside the vendor's own product and certification teams, rather than simply executing content the vendor hands over.

Key Responsibilities
Co-author certification curriculum directly with vendor product and certification teams, particularly for fast-moving generative AI and industry-specific tracks where static, vendor-only content goes stale within months.
Own the refresh cadence for co-developed content, keeping pace with vendor product releases rather than working off a fixed annual curriculum cycle.
Design credentialing models and persona-based certification tracks (e.g., Associate / Developer / Architect personas) in partnership with the vendor.
Package co-developed content so it is reusable across engagements and client accounts.
Use proven co-development engagements as templates for extending the model to additional certification-body partners.

Required Skills & Competencies
Deep sector/domain expertise combined with curriculum or product-design experience — this role sits above single-course design and requires a portfolio view.
Vendor relationship management at the curriculum/product-team level, distinct from account/commercial relationship management.
Comfort operating in fast-moving, GenAI-paced content environments where standard curriculum-refresh cycles don't apply.
Ability to translate a co-development engagement into a repeatable operating model.
Senior-level experience in curriculum strategy, learning product management, or certification-program design, ideally spanning more than one vendor ecosystem.
Direct experience co-developing or negotiating content with a technology vendor's product/certification organization (not just executing licensed courseware).
Fluency in IP and co-ownership arrangements distinct from a standard instructor licensing agreement, since this role creates new curriculum jointly with the vendor rather than just delivering existing content.
