Curriculum Coordinator
The Learning Experience

Position Summary:
The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate and organized Curriculum Coordinator to support our teachers in delivering a high-quality educational experience. The Curriculum Coordinator will ensure curriculum implementation, maintain classroom compliance, coach teachers, and help create engaging learning environments that promote children's growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  •  Support and monitor the implementation of The Learning Experience curriculum in all classrooms. 
  •  Conduct regular classroom observations and provide coaching and feedback to teachers. 
  •  Ensure classrooms remain compliant with licensing regulations and company standards. 
  •  Assist teachers with lesson planning, curriculum preparation, and classroom management strategies. 
  •  Maintain curriculum materials and resources throughout the center. 
  •  Train new staff on curriculum expectations, educational practices, and classroom procedures. 
  •  Track and support child development assessments and documentation. 
  •  Collaborate with center leadership to improve educational quality and classroom performance. 
  •  Participate in family events, center activities, and educational initiatives. 
  •  Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for children and staff. 
Qualifications:

  •  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. 
  •  Minimum of 2 years of experience in an early childhood education setting. 
  •  Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. 
  •  Previous leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred. 
  •  Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with teachers, families, and leadership. 
  •  Knowledge of state licensing regulations and quality standards preferred.

Compensation: $23.00 per hour
