ALL POSITIONS ARE ON-SITE IN SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI.NO REMOTE WORK.Even if you are interested in multiple positions ... only submit ONE application.POSITION SUMMARY:Work alongside the Director of Solutions Development to implement a core curriculum strategy for resourced developed.Oversee the development of assigned curriculum lines from concept through production in cooperation with ministry leaders.Lead a team of writers and field practitioners to ensure that best-practice curriculum components are intentionally woven into assigned curriculum.Steward assigned budget(s) with fiscal accuracy and responsibility.Oversee curriculum development process, ensuring that all steps of the workflow are accounted for and assigned to the necessary persons.Work with national office ministry leaders to help shape and create curriculum for assigned ministry departments.QUALIFICATIONS:- Master's degree in curriculum development or related field.  Bachelor's degree in Education.- Five years teaching experience, preferably in more than one age group.- Two years proven experience in curriculum development.- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar software preferred.- Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development process, including conceptualization, lesson development, writing, and publishing.- Customer service skills.- General office skills..
Compensation: $44,871.00 per year
