  • High school diploma is required.
  • 1-2 years of face to face, telephony, or administrative customer service experience.
  • Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with clients over the phone.

  • Processes emergency or catastrophe event FNOL.
  • Achieves and maintains proficiency with all client instructions.
  • Meets or exceeds call center standards.
  • Provides excellent customer service to all internal team members and external customers.
  • Assists with special projects or performs other duties as requested.
  • Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct.
