Responsibilities
Specialty floor and carpet care duties include:
- Bonneting carpets
- Carpet extraction and deep cleaning
- Stripping and waxing floors
- Burnishing floors
- Scrubbing tiled floors
- Interior window cleaning
Additional janitorial responsibilities include:
- General cleaning and sanitizing
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Restroom cleaning and restocking
- Dusting and trash removal
- Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas and offices
Qualifications
- Previous floor care experience required
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Dependable with strong attendance
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
