The Custodial Manager is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing custodial staff, and ensuring facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and supporting operational efficiency across assigned locations.
Compensation: $70,000.00/ annual salary (US Dollars)

401(k) - You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. 2-5+ years of custodial or facilities management experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
