Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or applicable experience required
- Prior custodial or maintenance experience helpful, but not required
- Ability to perform routine cleaning, building maintenance, and minor repairs
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift, move, and carry equipment and supplies as needed

- Full-time, 12-month position (union affiliated)
