CompensationHourly Rate:$18.00–$25.00 per hour, with the starting rate determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors._____________________________________________________________________
What You’ll Be Doing- Keep buildings and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Perform daily cleaning tasks indoors and outdoors
- Walk your sites regularly, keeping an eye out for anything that needs attention
- Take care of minor repairs and maintenance tasks as they come up
- Flag bigger issues to the management team so they can be handled quickly
- Stay on top of your schedule and wrap up jobs completely and correctly
- Keep simple, accurate records of the work you’ve completed

Physical & Day-to-Day RequirementsThis is a physical, on-your-feet role. You should be comfortable:
- Climbing ladders and stairs
- Bending, kneeling, and working around equipment
- Lifting up to 75 lbs
- Working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
- Able to talk, sit, stand, stoop, and bend.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, customer service skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and willing to be an effective team member.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrate the ability to be flexible, and problem solve.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, able to grasp and assemble objects.
- Excellent vision or corrected, including ability to distinguish basic color groups, excellent hearing.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulation
